The Y is excited to introduce Zumba into our weekly Group Exercise rotation! Our first 6-week session begins June 1.
Mondays, 4 - 5 p.m.
Thursdays, 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
Free to Y members, $40/non-members for all 12 classes
Classes are first-come, first-served, with a limit of 15 participants. We will meet on the 3rd floor, in the Blue Room. Registration opens May 18.

Zumba is a dance fitness class that combines Latin music styles and today's pop hits for a high-energy workout experience. Fast-paced and fun, Zumba's popularity has skyrocketed in recent years. Instructor Megan Skilling teachers this land-based class, as well as an Aqua Zumba class in our pool. (Aqua Zumba is currently full but stay tuned for the next session later this summer.)
