Build strength and power with TRX! Suspension training makes gravity your resistance which helps you improve balance and get stronger. Adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet. A great workout for ALL levels!

 

TRX SUSPENSION

INSTRUCTOR: Dr. Ray Stone, D.O.
WHEN: Tuesdays at 5:30 a.m.

This total body TRX Suspension class leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform a wide variety of exercises. Developed by the Navy SEALS, this workout routine develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. By varying your body position while in a suspended position, you control how challenging the workout can be.

TRX BOOTCAMP

INSTRUCTOR: Kimbre Varney
WHEN: Tuesdays at 4:00 p.m.

This cardio and strength workout incorporates interval exercises with circuit stations and sports drills. With the addition of TRX Suspension to this popular class, TRX Bootcamp will challenge your entire body in a whole new way.
