Tuesday: 3/5 & 3/12 | 5:30-6:00a.m. | 20 minute session
Wednesday: 3/6 & 3/13 | 6:30-7:00 a.m. | 20 minute session
Monday: 3/4 | 10:10-11:50 a.m. | Multiple 20 minute sessions
Saturday: 3/16 | 10:30a.m.-noon | Multiple 20 minute sessions

This total body TRX Suspension class leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform a wide variety of exercises. Developed by the Navy SEALS, this workout routine develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. By varying your body position while in a suspended position, you control how challenging the workout can be.
