Join us in celebrating National Women's Health and Fitness Day as we welcome women members and non-members alike.
“Ditch the workout, join the party!”
Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the rhythm takes over, you’ll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
“Relax, refresh, recharge!”
Bring calm and mindfulness into your life. A gentle yoga practice will increase flexibility in the body and mind, creating awareness in all aspects of one’s life. Lower blood pressure, decreased cardiovascular risk and depression are just a few of the benefits of a regular yoga practice.
“Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.”
Join Deb Trafton, internationally proclaimed artist, as she guides this women inspired paint night. Sip on fresh, Fall cider from Wallingford’s Orchard, and keep your glass to remember your night out!
These classes are FREE to members, but space is limited!* Call 207-795-4095 or visit the Welcome Center to reserve your spot.
*Cost for non-members is $5 per fitness class, $10 for paint & sip.
