Health and Wellness Pathfinders

Learn. See. Experience. Do.

The Health & Wellness Pathfinders Program is a collaboration between the YMCA, Auburn Rec, and the Auburn Police Activities League that is designed to provide 7-11th graders in the greater Androscoggin area with the practical skills and self-efficacy to be safer, healthier, and more engaged in the community. We meet most Mondays at 3:30pm to 6pm and the occassional Saturdays for community service projects, trainings or fun outings. And it is a FREE program.

The next session begins Monday, January 27, 2020.

Sponsored by the Department of Health and Human Services, this program trains youth in a variety of American Red Cross certifications, exposes them to careers in health and public safety, teaches physical fitness and nutrition, and develops outdoor life skills.
