Then we'll stretch, lengthen, and strengthen with a PiYoTM LIVE flow class enjoying music-driven, fluid, and low-impact sequences that challenge you using your own body weight.
Tues. February 12 at 4:00 p.m.
Open your heart, calm your mind and body with this soothing Restorative Yoga class. Restorative yoga poses require no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes and is supported by props - blankets, bolsters, and blocks. ... No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome.
Wed. February 13 at 6:30 p.m.
Each person will give and receive a guided 45 minute Thai massage sequence. Registration is required! Please contact the Welcome Center to sign-up!
