Join us at the Y at CMMC for this entertaining exercise class! Improve your aerobic capacity, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination in a group atmosphere.
This class is a maintenance program for people with a cardiac or pulmonary history. This is a supervised individual, independent cardiovascular and strength training program that incorporates group weight training and self-safety skills.
Designed for the active older adult, this class involves cardio, weight training, balance and core work to ensure you start your day off right.
This is a supervised, independent, cardiovascular and resistance training class for seniors, with a focus on weight training, balance, flexibility and relaxation.
