Nutrition Counseling

Nutrition counselingNutrition Counseling helps you understand your individual nutrition needs and patterns while taking into consideration any diagnoses or conditions. Our registered dietitian meets you where you’re at in your journey to get healthy, providing nutrition education and counseling to meet your personal health goals.   • Assessment of nutritional status and food preferences;
  • Meal planning
  • Nutritional education
  • Regular evaluation and revision of nutritional plans depending on client’s needs

Meet Our Nutritionist

Jamie Pepin

Jamie is a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator with a background in clinical dietetics, weight management, and diabetes education/medication management. She has a master’s of science in human nutrition and food science from the University of Maine at Orono, and a bachelor’s of science in secondary education from the University of Maine at Farmington, with over 15 years experience in educating the public. She tries to live her occupation by taking joy in regular exercise programs at the YMCA, running, biking, and making healthy choices.
