Join us and learn more about this upcoming program. 

Do you aspire to learn more about yoga, to advance your practice and to train to become a yoga teacher? This foundational 200-hour yoga teacher training program will acquaint you with the many layers of yoga, help you understand the fundamentals of yoga practice from the poses to meditation and breath exercises and help you on your way to teach safe and effective yoga classes. You will be coached in a warm, supportive environment to assist you in finding your voice as a teacher and build upon your inherent strengths, so that you can grow your confidence from within. This program is open to all ages, skill levels and experience.

Graduates from this training will be eligible for Yoga Alliance 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification.

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Tisha Bremner of Inner Light Yoga of Maine, Certified Yoga Therapist and an E-RYT 200 Level teacher, is an energetic and enthusiastic yoga teacher who aims to combine a mindfulness-based approach, intelligent alignment principles, and smart sequencing into her classes.  She has a positive, creative, and down-to earth style in yoga and life. In her classes, she develops a clear vision, invites students to explore refined alignment principles, and sets the stage for a long-term, safe asana practice.  Winner of the Lewiston’s Best Meditation and Yoga Teacher from 2014-2016, she provides a fun and approachable space while maintaining a firm commitment to the sacredness of the practice.
