Weigh to Go is a national Y program for adults looking to shape up and slim down. This eight-week course incorporates nutrition and healthy movement with the support and guidance of trained facilitators.
Certified wellness trainer
Weekly group workouts (1-2 classes a week)
Weekly weigh-ins and bi-weekly measurements
Nutrition session and information
Fitness assessments (pre and post program)
Coaching and nutritionist support
Practical strategies for behavior change
Weigh to Go is designed for individuals with a substantial amount of weight to lose. Participants must have a BMI of 30 or higher to register.
