The Y offers a variety of programs geared toward our more “seasoned” members who are 45 years and up.
This low-impact cardio activity is a cross between ping pong, tennis, and badminton. Join us Wednesdays 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. and Fridays, noon to 2 p.m. in the gymnasium! (Equipment is provided.) The cost is free for Y members and $3.00 for non-members.
Living Fit classes build cardio endurance, strength, flexibility, balance, and stability for everyday activities. Participants can use a chair for this workout if needed. Classes run Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Share a tasty meal with friends while learning about topics related to your health, money, family, and more. Lunch & Learns are monthly on a Tuesday, TBA, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. A $5 registration is required; lunch is provided. The next event will be in September.
