Offered through M.E. Massage Therapy on the third floor of the YMCA, massage Therapy may help reduce pain, tension and stress and is a safe, effective way to handle stress in daily life. Massage is offered as a service at the YMCA but is not a YMCA program.  From deep massage to gentle Swedish massage, anyone can benefit from bodywork treatments. Focus is on customer care and supporting individuals on their path to feeling the best they can. Appointments available morning, day and evening.
