We offer a variety of Group Exercise classes to meet the needs of our members. Schedule subject to change. Group Exercise classes below, over 50 each week.

Aqua Exercise

A 45-minute workout in the pool that incorporates cardiovascular conditioning, interval training, resistance exercises, and flexibility. Use the power of water to increase cardio- vascular fitness as well as muscular strength and endurance. Treat yourself to new energy and friends as you tone, shape and firm. it is not necessary to get your face wet or have any swimming skills for this class.

Boot Camp

Looking for a fun, challenging workout? Instructors incorporate interval exercises with circuit stations and sports drills to offer a total body workout for anyone ready to take fitness to the next level. Our 35 or 60 minute class is designed to give you a high intensity cardio and strength conditioning workout.

Suitable for health seekers as well as fit individuals, Group Active combines cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training. Participants will use the step and dumbbells to strengthen their heart, lungs, and muscles. Perfect for someone looking to get a full-body workout in one hour. Activate your life!

Group Cycle

This class is a non-impact individually paced cardio workout on our specially designed Keiser M3 stationary bikes. The class is set to motivating music in a non-competitive environment to ensure a fun and effective experience for all participants regardless of fitness level. Remember: Although the program is free for members, you must sign-in up to 30 minutes before each class to reserve a bike.

Each Group Groove starts with a warm-up to get you loose and ready to move. You’ll then experience seven songs taking you through different dance styles. You will literally get to stomp, flick, shimmy, and smile!  You may even find yourself and others screaming for an Encore!

Group power is your hour of power! This 60-minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles

Living Fit Functional Exercise Class

Low impact exercise class utilizing 
a chair to improve overall fitness while encouraging social interaction. Have fun and move to music through exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, cardio-respiratory endurance and activity for daily living skills. Fit for all ages.

Tue & Thurs, 10:30-11:15am

Pilates

Increase energy, improve posture, strengthen and stabilize your core. Pilates can do it all. Some classes offered in conjunction with a step class.

Step Class

Choreographed workout using a slightly elevated platform, giving a great cardiovascular workout while building stamina and energy.

YOGA

Yoga is an exercise practice that focuses on engaging the mind, spirit, and body through a series of postures and breathing. An increase in strength, balance, flexibility, and mental clarity can all be achieved through the practice of yoga.

Family Yoga

Parents and children assist one another in exploring fun poses and breathing techniques that keep the body calm and healthy. Class is designed for elementary school aged children. All ages welcome.

Hatha Yoga

Meaning “Sun-Moon”, Hatha yoga aims to bring together opposites in your life and create balance. Breath work and postures work to align your body and allow energy to flow freely.

Tue, 6:00-7:15pm

Kundalini Yoga

This program promotes physical well- being, focusing the mind and elevating consciousness. Includes yoga, chanting, relaxation, and meditation. Class is different every week.

Thur, 6:00-7:15pm; 2nd/5th Sat of Each Month, 9:00-10:15am

Pilates/Yoga

A combination of pilates core work with yoga stretching, breath work and postures. Yoga styles may change each class.

Wed, 5:45-6:45am

Vinyasa Yoga

Continuous, gentle movement where one action builds upon the other, gradually leading to more challenging poses.

Yoga Foundations

A gentler class that focuses on learning proper breathing techniques, body alignment and basic meditation.
