At the Auburn-Lewiston YMCA, we meet you at your own fitness level. Whether you are a triathlete, a regular exerciser or just starting out, our trained fitness staff are here to help. Our Wellness Center includes state-of-the-art cardio equipment, a free weights room, yoga studio and group exercise studio in addition to our pool for lap swimming and water exercise.

The Auburn-Lewiston YMCA offers diverse programs and classes to provide opportunities for healthy living. Each program presents a positive and enriching environment where participants can develop self- confidence, meet new friends, and build a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

Our fitness center includes cardiovascular and strength conditioning rooms, group exercise and yoga studios. With nearly 50 group exercise classes each week, you’re sure to find one that fits your needs.
