Twin Cities Swim Team

The Twin Cities Swim Team is a YMCA competitive swim program designed to instill our Y core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. The program is open to boys and girls ages 5-18. Participants must be able to swim the length of the pool.

This program is designed to improve swimming technique by teaching the fundamentals of four basic swim strokes, as well as how to set goals, work as an individual, and be part of a team. Swim team abilities range from those representing the team at regional and national meets to those just graduating from swim lessons. The coaches place and train swimmers based on individual abilities. Groups run from group A to group SwimmingD, our most advanced group.

Download the TCST handbook.

*Note: All TCST swimmers must have an active membership for the entire swim season.
