Healthy Kids Day celebrates the WOW! factor

On Saturday, April 30, the YMCA of Auburn-Lewiston is holding a free community event to inspire more kids to keep their minds and bodies active. Healthy Kids Day takes place noon to 3 p.m. at 62 Turner Street in Auburn. The event is free and open to the public, but pre-registration is encouraged. Registration is now open for indoor field hockey, a new program from the YMCA hosted at Ingersoll Arena Turf Facility.  Grades 3 - 8Cost: $55 Y members; $70 non-membersLocation: Ingersoll Arena Turf Facility, 48 Pettingill Park, AuburnOnly 40 players will be accepted in order to maximize playing time.
