Finding time to get fit isn’t always easy with hectic family schedules. To make a healthier lifestyle achievable for you, ChildWatch is available. ChildWatch offers quality babysitting for children ages six weeks to 12 years old while parents exercise. Consistency, quality, safety and a great experience for kids are our priorities. ChildWatch is a FREE service for those with Family Memberships. For those with Individual Adult Memberships, a fee of $3/child per session will apply.
We have two trained adults at all times and maintain a maximum ratio of one adult to six children. Pre-registration is necessary. When we reach capacity, you may have to wait until there’s a vacancy.
You can register up to two days in advance by clicking here, by calling the Y at 795-4095, or by stopping at the Welcome Center when you’re in. If you didn’t pre-register, simply call the Y before you leave to make sure there’s availability and reserve a spot.
