Prepare for a summer of running with Couch to 5k and Kids Run The Nation.
Couch 2 5K

The Couch to 5K program is an introduction to get your body moving with a target goal to participate in Emily’s Run on Sunday, July 21. Begin with walking and running short distances and gradually building up to run a 5K (3.1 miles). Individuals receive a training plan and log and will be coached on proper warm-up, cool down, and basic nutrition.

Kids Run The Nation

Running in conjunction with the Couch 2 5K program, Kids Run The Nation prepares children 8 and up to participate in a 5K race. Course format is the same as Couch 2 5K, but with instructors dedicated to meeting the needs of a youth population. Because Kids Run The Nation works in tandem with the Couch 2 5K, preparing to run your first 5K can be a family event!
