TEEN LEADERSHIP CAMP

The YMCA’s Teen Leadership Camp, located on Lower Range Pond, is a summer program being offered to teens entering 9th and 10th grade in the fall. Participants in the program will be involved in a variety of camp activities, and have opportunities for exploration outside our day camp settings.

The Teen Leaders Camp is based on the YMCA values of character development, and is designed to provide teenagers with experiences that will enable them to build leadership skills. Recognizing that teens can be a valued resource, it will be our objective to provide participants with opportunities to acquire skills that will allow them to become effective staff members in the future – and more importantly, leader’s in their community.

Enrollment is limited to 14 teen leaders per week. Cost for the program is $60/member and $70/non-member. Teen leaders must commit to a minimum of 4 weeks. Those interested in the Teen Leadership Program must complete an application and schedule an interview. Not all applicants will be accepted.
