Lunch & Learn: Lead Poisoning Prevention

Lewiston-Auburn has the highest rate of childhood lead poisoning in the state, and Healthy Androscoggin is working with the YMCA to help inform others how they can prevent lead poisoning. Join Katie Boss on Tuesday, January 10, to talk about Lead Poisoning Prevention.

Yoga Classes: Parkinson’s Disease & MS

PD Yoga for ME is a yoga program designed especially for those with Parkinson's disease (PD) taught by Elizabeth Burd, founder and Instructor. The workshops are for patients, their caregivers, and family members.

Public CPR Classes

The Y offers American Red Cross intro level first aid and CPR certification course. Class time runs approximately 3.5 hours with lecture and hands-on skills. Participants receive a two-year certification upon completion of the course.

We're collecting items from Nov. 2-23 for our annual Thanksgiving Basket Drive. Your contributions will go to Y families in need. And don't forget about our annual Member Appreciation Day on Thanksgiving Morning from 7-11 a.m.
